Are you excited about your calf project this year? Are you a resident of Colorado, under the age of 21 as of Jan. 1 2010? Then come and be a part of the Colorado Club Calf Association!

We are excited to offer you the chance to be a part of state wide sanctioned points program! Because of this we have established a group of cattle producers from across the state, with a knowledge and passion for show cattle, to develop a large scale points program. We believe that you need to be recognized for all the hard work and dedication you put into your project. This system will be available to any junior exhibitor that meets the following:

► Resident of Colorado
► Under the age of 21 as of January 1, 2010
► Payment of membership dues

The CCCA is extremely excited to offer this program to you. There are two ways to sign up:

► Fill out the enclosed form and send in your membership dues.

► Come by our table at any sanctioned show (Points won’t begin to count until you pay your dues).


There are a few things that you should know:

► Each animal will be assigned a permanent identification number in an attempt to eliminate any confusion when awarding points.

1. You may use your county fair number if you wish.
2. Ear tags are not mandatory, but use of the number upon checking in your calf at a sanctioned show is, if you want the points to count!

► Sanctioned shows are asked to pay a sanctioning fee.

► An official set of Rules and Regulations will apply and be enforced through out the year.

► Current standings will be available at anytime, in either print form or via the CCCA website.

► A $35 membership fee is required for each exhibitor.

► Points will run beginning January 1 to September 1 of each year.

► All attempts will be made by the committee to hold an awards ceremony at the Colorado State Fair.
